2012-13 Advance Booking

We are now accepting advance booking requests for 2012-13 academic sessions.
                                                        

What is Advance Booking?
Advance Booking is a process where the FoM academic sessions are booked before the rooms are made available for other sessions.

Why is Advance Booking done?
Advance booking is done to ensure FoM academic sessions get priority, and to minimize the number of sessions that may be moved or bumped later to accommodate academic sessions.

What type of sessions are considered for Advance Booking?
FoM undergraduate, postgraduate and continuing professional development education sessions are considered for advance booking (e.g. lectures, labs, exams, academic half days, academic rounds).

How can I request rooms for Advance Booking?
To request rooms for advance booking, please follow the steps outlined at: Book a Room.

What rooms are available for Advance Booking?
For a list of rooms available for advance booking, please use: Find a Room.

What time lines are in place for Advance Booking?
The following times lines are in place:
March 31, 2012: Deadline to submit request.
April 30, 2012: Booking confirmations sent out for undergraduate and postgraduate sessions (lectures, labs, exams, academic half days).
May 15, 2012: Booking confirmations sent out for continuing professional development sessions (academic rounds).
