We are wrapping up the advance booking of academic sessions for 2013-14 and booking confirmations will be sent out in the first week of June.

Please be advised that we are now accepting non-academic booking requests for September 2013 to August 2014.

If you have an existing booking in the FoM meeting room and would like your booking extended into 2014, then please provide the title and date/time of your event and we will extend your booking. Please note that bookings are not automatically extended and rooms used in the past are not always available.

If you would like to book the FoM meeting rooms for a new event, then please submit a room request form, so we have all the information we need to process your request.

Our standard response time is 1-3 business days; however due to the volume of requests we receive when the rooms are opened up for booking extensions, requests for events dated Sep. 2013 to Aug. 2014 may take a few days to process.

FoM meeting rooms are in very high demand, so to improve your chances, please provide accurate information about your event, including the number of attendees (room size) and participating sites (for videoconference events).
