Video conference rooms 2263, 2264 & 2267 in the Diamond Health Care Centre at the Vancouver General Hospital site will be unavailable for use from June 3rd to September 1st due to room upgrades and video conference equipment & system replacement. The video conference system has been in operation since 2005 and is being replaced to ensure reliability of the service going forward.

We recognize the inconvenience to groups that use these rooms and thank you for your patience and cooperation during this time. There are other rooms available at the site and alternate booking arrangements will be made during the closure.
