Book non-UBC FoM rooms
- If you are planning to use both UBC FoM and non-UBC FoM rooms for your event, then we recommend you book all non-UBC FoM rooms with 30 minute setup time, prior to submitting a request for UBC FoM rooms.
- NOTE: UBC FoM room booking team is not responsible for booking non-UBC FoM rooms.
Submit UBC FoM Room Request Form
- Fill out and submit the UBC FoM Room Request Form.
- NOTE: If you require UBC FoM rooms at multiple locations, then please provide all location information in one form. The UBC FoM room booking team will book rooms at all locations. Please DO NOT submit separate forms for each location.
Receive Room Booking Confirmation
The UBC FoM room booking team will respond to your request within 2 business days.
NOTE: Response time for advance booking requests is as indicated here.
Change and Cancellation Request
To request a change or to cancel your booking, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the title, date and time of your event. Please DO NOT submit a room request form.
NOTE: UBC FoM rooms are in very high demand, so users are advised to contact the room booker immediately if there is a change or cancellation.
