The following is a series of frequently asked questions about the services provided by LSC Stores and Receiving Facility. If you have additional questions you would like answered and possibly added to this list, please e-mail your request to the LSC Stores.

How do we set up an account with LSC Stores?

Under "Forms & Manual" on this site select LSC Stores Account Application Form. Complete form and return it to lsc.stores@ubc.ca for processing. Processing time is approx. 2-4 business hours.

Do I have to be a UBC Department to order?

Yes. Any Lab with a Valid UBC PG Acct can order through LSC Stores.

If you are a non-UBC company, and would like to explore ordering opportunities with the LSC Stores, please contact lsc.stores@ubc.ca.

Can I order from Stores using my UBC P-Card?

No. LSC Stores does not currently have the ability to process orders using a UBC P-Card.

What are my ordering options?

Please order online, bmcloud.us or come to LSC Stores with your valid four letter "speed chart" to shop for stocked items. Stores staff can also place orders for non-stock or special order items when you visit.

Can I order items not currently stocked?

Yes. As long as the product is offered by a member of the LSC Stores "Vendor Group". Items can be "special ordered" through LSC Stores.

Can I pick up my ordered items from Stores?

Yes, you can select the "Will Pick Up" option when placing an order.

LSC Stores delivers to all lab customers in the Life Science Centre and DM Centre for Brain Health.

What are the hours of operations?

The business hours are 08:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday. Closed on Stat Holidays.
